Hydrocodone is the good stuff. It is the 2d most tightly regulated(non-morphine) pain killer in the US. Oxycodone is the most restricted (non-morphine) painkiller in the US. Oxycodone I believe the most widely abused prescription drug in the US. It doesn't make me high, it merely relieves me of the severe pain associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Hydrocodone is an opiate. It's stronger than codeine. In tablet form it is combined with acetaminophen (Tylenol). I am prescribed it due to my chronic severe Arthritis pain.

I started out 20 years ago with aspirin. However, during the subsequent two decades my arthritis has advanced, my pain has increased and OTC meds will no longer relieve me of my pain.
