Our cats would go after it thinking "Look! Free food!" The two that were after it the most are... not so bright, with the third being the kitten and the fourth beating them all up based on principle. *g* My guess is the rosemary is in the mint family, along with catnip, and their little brains are looking to get high.

Our youngest cat discovered the Christmas tree the first year, and fell in love. Pretty much from the time we put it up 'til the time we take it down, you just walk by and pull her out of it. It is rather cute when she falls asleep wrapped around one of the upper layers though.
