My boss told me on Tuesday that the route change was approved and should be happening shortly. Her best estimate was that it could take place as early as tonight, with the changes taking effect Friday morning. Came in today to a wonderful surprise - it happened last night with the changes taking effect this morning!

So, basically, overnight I went from 400 accounts in my route list to 290 and roughly 75 follow ups set for today down to 53. I lost two of the four states I was working, one of which went to someone in training and the other to Slacker Boy, bringing him up to over 200 finally.

This feeling? The one where like the stress starts drifting away so quickly you can feel it? I think it's called relief.
