Earshot

Just finished watching the Buffy episode "Earshot" with E and Eldest. At the end, I had the following conversation:

Eldest: Ha! That was funny! With the reading minds and everything... [giggle]

Me: Er, you got the more serious overtones, right? The whole 'death in the schools' thing?

Eldest: Sure. I learned that if you want to take out a school, rat poison is more effective than a semi-automatic. They're all going to eat but you're not going to have enough bullets. That, and they move a lot.

Me: Sigh.
