We've been hit! Actually, in all truth, we are still being hit.
wolfie74 thinks this should be called snOMG, but I think that's what people used last year for NY and the like, so let's just leave it as BLIZZARD.
The city buses have stopped running, some plows have been called off the streets, and the main airport is only keeping one runway open for 30 minute intervals to get planes in. In other words, people should not go out unless it is truly an emergency. And yet, you know there are idiots out there doing it anyway due to the accident reports.
Best yet: We're expecting freezing fog later. Awesome. I've driven in it and it is gorgeous to behold, but you do not want to be on the roads when it happens.
