If I were a manager...
Several things that came to mind today that I would love to have the power and authority to get away with saying. Why yes, I am in one of those moods.
You are a slob. Clean up your desk and put the trash and food items away. Your desk is not your locker.
Try working some follow ups some time. You might find you like it. If not, you might find you don’t have a job.
Working your follow ups does not involve stating “reviewed” and pushing them out another two days.
Shut the fuck up. Your Holier Then Thou attitude has no place here.
Try some deodorant. No, really, try some.
Turn down the music. If it can be heard two cubes over and three down, it might be too loud.
You are a week behind in your work. Perhaps it is best that you don’t surf the internet for home design ideas right now.
Before you ask how it’s done, try reading the protocols.
Legal documents are not placemats.
Do not glare at fellow employees who have chosen not to “voluntarily” donate money to a charity for the right to wear jeans.
60% > 50%, really it is.
All those little letters and numbers are important when listing legal case names and numbers.
And this is why I will never be a manager.
Edit: Forgot one.
