Not doing the tag thing, but here are my fave five. I’m linking to my fic archive instead of LJ entries because some of them have never been posted here, and others I have no idea how far back they are in this whole mess.
Family – SG-1 – This is the one where Daniel’s foster brother visits and the two have to deal with assumptions and homophobia and all sorts of not-so-nice things. Originally posted for Pride 2006, I am actually really proud of this one and have to say it’s probably my favorite SG-1 fic that I’ve written to date.
Secrets – SG-1 – My attempt at getting inside the new (and old) team’s heads. After their victory, they pass around a bottle of Abydonian home brew and reminisce. This is kind of also a bit of what I see as the characters’ backstories as well.
Four Names Teyla Considered, and One She Chose – SGA – The title is pretty much the synopsis on this one. It’s another bit of trying to get into a character’s head, and my attempt at her reasoning when naming the baby.
Cerise’s Caress – SGA - Anything that scares and scarsthrenodyjones has to be good. Crack fic that I had a lot of fun with. Every time we'd try to send this thing to each other, my email at work went down. It was awesome.
Berries – Xena – My first major, completed fanfic. Looking back, there are a few things I would change, mainly because my style has changed over the years, though also there are some run on sentences thrown in there as well. I was terrified to post this, but got some help and support from some really good friends, who I can pretty much fault for bringing me into the world of fanfic. Summary: Gabrielle falls ill as a warlord from Xena’s past attacks. Xena must both stop the warlord and try to cure Gabrielle along the way. Slight crossover with Hercules.

Teyla mulling over the name for her baby is a wonderful way to show us her friends through her eyes.

Word of warning on CC - pure crack.
Word of warning on Berries - I so have to fix the font color because I clicked on it at work to make sure I had the right link and it's not the easiest to read as-is.
And yeah, hard to choose. Every fic has to have something you like about it, or you wouldn't write it in the first place. It's a matter of figuring out which you like more and why and I think it came down to things not even in the stories themselves for me, but more like "the stories behind the stories" type of thing, if that makes sense.
