I'm at my word count for the night. Do I, a) continue with the next scene that will put me up past midnight easily, or b) watch the historic election coverage?

Went with watching the news. The next scene is kinda what the intro has been building up to (beyond the meet and greet) and leads into the major plot. I figured I wanted to be completely conscious when I got there. *g*

Got everything set up so I should be able to get most/all of that part done at lunch tomorrow though. 6700 words into a 50000 words story should be enough of explaining the premise and really getting into it, right? Or is that droning on too long?

I live by campus. Many horns, not so many gun shots, much screaming and cheering until past 1 am (that's when I finally fell asleep).
