That's nothing. One of my icons suddenly changed on me...to something I NEVER uploaded. I had an icon that was the single cover for "Blue Monday" by New Order. Suddenly one day it was replaced by a picture of a classroom of students with the words "Dead Like Me" at the top. How bizarre.
