Didn't the Council decide about 4 years ago no plowing until the snow had completely stopped because that way it was less money?

They changed their minds after the lawsuits. They now plow, if safe, in the cities, but I swear EP does not plow until after 9 am the day after it stops snowing. Drive home = interesting. Drive to work = tedious.

Oh so happy for the new car at this point - 4WD kicked in awesomely as needed, even as I watched the people in front of me fishtail through the snow. Hera is a sweet, sweet thing.
