I am at lunch. This does not mean it is time to stop by and ask me questions about your accounts. Nor does it mean that it is time to send someone through to my phone and tell them about the auto-redial thing that makes it ring non-stop for 15 minutes. Here’s a hint: I’M NOT PICKING IT UP.

Also, apparently the metallic popping noises we’ve been hearing this week are not some maintenance guy with a ladder, but the sky lights above us adjusting to the temp changes. I know I now feel safe sitting underneath a row of glass.

On a completely random note, we watched last week’s episode of Dollhouse last night. E and I now both have Cyndi Lauper’s song “Echo” in our heads. Other possible vid ideas include “Doll Parts” by Courtney Love/Hole and “Barbie Girl” by Aqua.

If only I still had my viding program... and, you know, saved the episodes so I had clips…

Also? Phone is still ringing.

Can't. Aside from the whole getting in trouble thing, I'm waiting on a call from an attorney for one of my accounts. No, that was not him (we have number read outs). No, they did not leave a message.

I know some people will answer the phone, even if they are at lunch. If it's internal or a family member, I will. If it's not, I won't. My feeling is: IT'S MY LUNCH.

Can't fault you for that. I do the same thing.
