Oh, so glad everyone's safe and sound. OMG that hawk sounds scary. My cats are indoor pets too. They really yearned to go out when our house was a tiny single-story - opening the door is always an adventure. But now that we live in a 2-storey, they're content to just watch the outside world through the sliding doors.

And heh, my mom had a cat named Inky too. He was clever and loved to sleep in my parents' bed. *g* And the sisters are 17 years old? Awesome!
