I do not know whether I should be impressed or frightened by the fact that my coworkers managed to eat their way through over half a five pound box of chocolates (as gifted by one of our attorneys) in under four hours.
Also, it was not AH, but KP munching on peanutbutter snacks at her desk. Still shaking. Still wheezing. Why yes, she sits right across from her manager who did NOTHING about it.
We lost some, but I think we're at about 60 (maybe?) people, some of who refuse to partake and some who more than make up for it. *g* This was also while we had a box of candy bars and one of those giant bins of popcorn from other attorneys as well. Apparently the rest of the box was gone by the end of the day.
This is the time of the year where we get random "gifts" from our attorneys for sending them so many cases. My favorite so far is the one from Nevada who sent us cards that fold out to year-at-a-glance calendars and included a note that she made a donation to what I think were a woman's shelter and a cancer charity in our names. That is most definitely something I can get behind.
