A Picture is Worth...
Here are some of the pictures we took during our trip to Greece. These were all taken on Day 3. I am only including a couple of them for right now, but eventually will make a page on my site to include them all. I have also shrunk them down to a little bit smaller size in hopes lj will not crash on me.
The remains of a bath house.
A temple to Zeus.
A temple to Hephaestus (most well-preserved temple in the Agora).
The Erechtheion on the Acropolis.
The Parthenon (undergoing preservation repairs).
I will try to post more of the journal portion and pictures again later. The sunset from Areopagus Hill turned out gorgeous, as did the Acropolis at night.
