Dear Co-Workers, Again

Yes, it's Friday.  Yes, it's beautiful out and we can see the sun shining through the windows.  Yes, it's already the afternoon and we have already eaten lunch.  Yes, we all worked our butts off this week dealing with the incompetence of the other office.  However, I do have one little request for you:  ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE.

I know I don't take as much as you do, but I do know I take more than most. It's just frustrating when you have some major issues happening in NY and need to talk to your attorney and every time you reach for the phone, it rings. Oh well, what are you going to do? Expect them to work?
