Apparently, the state of Illinois just granted a gun permit to a 10 month old child. This is the state with the supposed strictest gun laws in the U.S. In their defense, they did deny the ap twice, due to technical problems. Never once did they deny it due to the fact the kid is less than a year old and needs teeth more than a gun at this point in his life. He even has a license with his picture, age, and such listed right on it. *Sigh*
