Ack! Stuck on a word...

Okay, so I'm writing at lunch and I am totally and completely stuck on a word and cannot remember it for the life of me. The little catering truck that they have on set for movies and tv shows? What is it called? Anyone? Please?

It's a case of a single term holding me up and not letting me get the rest of what's stuck in my mind actually typed out.

Yes, I know it's probably really simple and I'll slap myself for not thinking of it.
