Is it a bad thing?

Is it a bad thing that my two year old cat broke into the bread box and ate half of a pound cake?

It is a worse thing that I laughed when she tried to jump up onto the counter after eating the half a pound cake and could not haul her fat ass over the edge?

I was just looking up info on "Transformers" (for my kids, I swear, er, really?) and just discovered something.  Peter Cullen, the man that does the voice for Optimus Prime (as in always) is pretty much responsible for my childhood.  This man has played a role/voiced a character in pretty much every show I ever grew up with from "Transformers" to "G.I. Joe" to "Voltron" to "Rainbow Brite" and "My Little Pony", not to mention "TaleSpin" and "Rescue Rangers".  He was even in "The Gremlins" and "Monchichis" (which no one seems to remember any more).

In other "Transformers" news, apparently one of my favorites of all time, "Bubblebee" has been changed from a VW Bug to a Camero because VW would not give them the rights to use the Bug.  In the words of my partner, "Why the hell would they give up the chance at all that advertising?"  Sigh.  It just won't be the same.
