Merry F-ing Christmas

We are currently listening to Metallica and tying the Christmas tree back together since we can't find any superglue. Youngest has fetched wolfie74 an ale and me a cider and no one has been seriously hurt yet, though it was a near thing.

I think I may have talked her out of trying to hang the tree from the ceiling, but now Youngest is wondering what else we can burn in the fireplace, so...

Hrm, the Black album probably my fave, though Load and Death Magnetic have some good songs for writing fights and angst to, so there is that. Outlaw Torn on the S&M album has become the song for the scene of the climactic fight scene for the entire K Series and even my mother says she wants a cigarette after it and she doesn't smoke. *g*

Metallica is a family tradition. Was originally The Oak Rdge Boys every time the parents set up the tree, then A Very Special Christmas (various celebs singing), but we got tired of that and put in Metallica one year and discovered everything went much quicker and less stressful from then on out. :)

My twitter is mostly randomness about work and home and whatever my ADD mind comes up with at the moment. Let me see if I can figure out how to add you - jut remembered I locked it down a couple of months back.
