“But what does it do?” Jack asked again.

Carter, eyes alight, turned the small device in her hands. It was shaped like an oval, relatively smooth, and was an elaborate design of the crystal and metal that the Goa’uld favored. “I have no idea,” she admitted. “We found it in Hathor’s lair. It seems to require naquada in your blood to even turn it on.”

Daniel looked up his transcribed inscriptions, face blushing red. “Er, ‘turning on’ might be apt terminology,” he admitted.

Teal’c simply raised an eyebrow when he arrived. “Why is Major Carter fondling a Goa’uld pleasuring device?”
