Just watched last night's ep (caught up on Bones last night and saved it for tonight instead).
E's got a few ideas running around about what's what and all that (and, seriously, who else was waiting for a few classic Trek lines? Raise of hands...), but I think the whole thing can be summed up (with minimal spoilers) as: Oh, Charlie...
I also have to say this is one fandom I'm truly not interested in fic for. There is this whole underlying plot to it all, with everything interconnected, that I would hate to see messed with. Mind you, I'm fine with cameos in other fandoms, but I just don't think I could take someone writing their own "Pattern" fic as I just don't think it would compare.
That said, Walter versus either the SGC or the Thoughtcrimes universe would still rock. Just sayin'...
