Fringe!
So we have been watching Fringe on Sundays more than the new Friday night lineup due to scheduling with the kidlings. Watched the latest episode last night and am now at what I guess you call a quandary.
I signed up for the Fringe Mini Bang (like a Big Bang, only a bit smaller) with a plot idea in mind. The show has now gone that route itself, but with a tiny twist I actually was not sure was going to happen or not.
So the other Olivia is preggers – not a huge surprise there. I was going to have that happen in the fic, and have her come to this side as the baby’s life was in danger. I was going to have it in danger from Walternate, but now he has shown that even he has limits and so I am thinking of changing it toI think his name is Brandon, the evil scientist dude that likes to chop people up.

threnodyjones and fussyhedgehog, the deadline for the contest is far enough out that I keep changing my mind as to how I want to wrap up the fic. Well, now with this latest development and my overwhelming preference to either fit things in with canon, or at least make it so it can slide in and out of canon with little effect, I am wondering how I am going to go about this.
The fic minimum is only 10K words. I have several months. Do I wait to see how it plays out in canon and adjust my original idea, tweaking it a bit and taking notes as the episodes air, or do I do a straight up AU from [X] episode instead?

camelot_fleet Finish-a-thon things for now? It would also give time for more canon to work with if necessary.
