Confirmation?

Eureka's huge tech company that's trying to take over the world is called Global Dynamics, right? Not to be confused with Fringe's huge tech company that's trying to take over the world called Massive Dynamics? And we're supposed to pretend there's no connection?

Edit: Is it "free reign" or "free rein"? We are having a debate and not reaching a decision quite yet.

Never watched more than half of an episode of Eureka (and that was only the pretty bits with Michael Shanks in 'em) so I can't say for certain, however I'm pretty sure it is "free rein".

The origins of the expression, if I'm not mistaken, refer to a horse being given "free rein" to go wherever it well--that is, the horse not being held in check or directed by the use of said reins. After all, when you "rein in" something, you are holding it back from doing what it will.

Thank you! That's what I was thinking, but it was countered with, "But you have the ability to do whatever you want, like a dictator or king!" Changed it back to "rein" again.
