SG-1 Drabble: Child of the Ancients

System still out at work.  This is what I did.

“Has he ever been tested?” the agent demanded.

 

“There was a mass round of testing when we first found out about the gene.  Every newbie has had a blood draw since,” O’Neill answered carefully.  “Every person who tests positive is right here in this little file.”

 

“You have not answered my question,” Woolsey pointed out.

 

O’Neill simply shrugged, his dislike of the man clear.  He looked down at the recently descended form of Doctor Daniel Jackson, unconscious on the lab floor.  Every Ancient device within range had lit up when he entered the room.  Jack figured that was answer enough.
