Title: Familiar and Familial
Fandom: Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters, slight crossover with Avengers/MCU
Genre: Gen
Rating: PG-13
Length: ~3,200 words
Warnings: Character death - kinda
Synopsis: It had been a spell to protect them. Yeah, that didn't exactly work according to plan.
Author's Notes: For the "unexpected consequences of planned soulbonding" square at [community profile] hc_bingo. I've wanted to do something with a prompt like this for years, but never got around to it until now.
Disclaimer: I do not own these characters and am making no profit from this.

Fandoms: Avengers, slight Agents of SHIELD
Rating: PG-13
Length: ~2,500 words
Warnings: Spoilers for AoS ep "The Magical Place"
Synopsis: Wade through the lies to try to find the truth.
Author's Notes: Barely there crossover.

Title: Shadows
Genre: Gen, Clint & Natasha friendship with undertones of more
Rating: PG-13
Length: ~7,000 words
Warning: violence, language, death of bad guys
Synopsis: Shadows and light, magic and mundane, death and immortality - they all blend into one reality anyway.
Author Notes: More of a fusion than a crossover. For this story, the Avengers canon coexists with a Highlander-esque world.

Title: A Tale of a Fateful Trip
Genre: Gen, Crossover (Avengers/Stargate: Atlantis)
Rating: PG-13
Length: ~11,400 words
Synopsis: An emergency evacuation and an EM pulse leave a cobbled together team stranded, injured, and awaiting rescue.
Author's Notes: For the "shipwrecked" square at [community profile] hc_bingo. Also, if you do not know the awesome that is Miko Kusanagi, you might think her hints at past experiences to be a little Mary Sue-ish.
Disclaimer: I do not own these characters and am making no profit from this.

Title: She's Got Issues
Genre: Gen (past background relationship mentioned)
Rating: PG-13
Length: ~6,300 words
Warnings: Mild language, speculation on Skye's parentage, likely to be Jossed
Synopsis: Coulson comes through and gets Skye a lead on her family. The meeting does not go quite as she had expected.
Author's Notes: For the "abandonment issues" square at [community profile] hc_bingo. Technically a crossover of Agents of SHIELD and The Avengers and technically not since they are both in the same greater universe anyway. Written before episode 1.6, but compliant with it.
Disclaimer: I do not own these characters and am making no profit from this.

Watched this awesome video that used clips from Hanna as flashbacks to Natasha's past, and my mind took it in this direction instead.

Title: Alive
Genre: Crossover (with its inherent AU-ness), Avengers/Hanna
Rating: PG-13
Length: 300 words (triple drabble)
Warnings: Aftermath of experimentation, reference to possible non-con
Synopsis: She was alive.
Author's Notes: So, yeah, this happened while I was supposed to be working on my Yuletide fic...

Title: Duplicity
Genre: Crossover - Avengers/Hurt Locker
Rating: PG-13
Length: ~3,400 words
Spoilers: Very slight for Hurt Locker, more of a character spoiler than anything else.
Synopsis: His face is plastered all over the news, the would-be hero that might not survive the rescue, but his team can't and won't believe it is him.
Author's Notes: Possibly some slight fudging of the timelines, but I just couldn't get the thought of Clint as sniper/spy and having a possible doppelgänger out of my head.
Disclaimer: I do not own these characters and am making no profit from this.

A) Links to AO3, if they exist, should be found by clicking any of these. I haven't finished uploading this year's fics, let alone the past few years.

B) I was in a huge writing slump for the first part of the year due to work and stress and such, with the majority of the fics written this year being written in the last half and for Hurt/Comfort bingo.

C) You can also pretty much tell when I fell in love with The Avengers over pretty much anything else.

Title: Five Times Merlin Crossed
Genre: Gen, Crossover
Fandoms: Merlin, Old Kingdom, Sherlock Holmes, Leverage, Alphas, Doctor Who
Rating: PG-13 for violence and implied character death
Length: ~3060 words
Spoilers: End of Abhorsen series, general for all other series, 11th Doctor, Arthurian mythology
Synopsis: Five times Merlin has crossed the boundary to death.
Author’s Notes: I love the immortality aspect of the Arthurian myths and could not resist playing with it again. This is also a shameless excuse to cross some of my favourite fandoms (even though I did not manage to get Fringe or Highlander in here this time around).
Disclaimer: I do not own any of these characters and am making no profit from this.

Okay, so earlier this year after "The Coming of Arthur" aired, we were talking over at [community profile] camelot_fleet about Leon's immortality. This got lost, found, set on the back burner, and then dug out again this week because the awesomeness of Peter Wingfield happened to guest star on the new show Alphas. This is the result.

Title: Chivalry Isn’t Dead (It’s Just Resting Its Eyes)
Genre: Crossover – Highlander/Merlin
Pairings: implied Merlin/Leon, implied Merlin/Gwaine or facsimile thereof, implied Merlin/Arthur (he gets around)
Rating: PG-13
Length: ~2,500 words
Spoilers: For the myths only, though could be seen as slight spoiler for the end of Series 3 (The Coming of Arthur). Also, Methos exists.
Synopsis: Duncan is going to need something amber and aged at least fifteen years to process this.
Disclaimer: I do not own these characters and am making no profit from this.

March 5th is a very important day in history. Not only did I sign my soul away to The Company ten years ago today (they promise me ice cream and a "sturdy and hopefully not dead plant" next week for it), but the most awesome [personal profile] emeraldteal was born! (Er, that would be more than ten years ago, but let's not embarrass her with details.)

Happy Birthday Sweetie!!!

In honor of your special day, here, have some crack:

Title: Once and Future
Genre: Crossover, SGA/Merlin, Gen
Spoilers: For Arthurian myths and general SGA characters only
Rating: PG
Length: 1,000 words
Synopsis: They have been entrusted with a gift... that will likely go horribly wrong.
Author’s Notes: For the most awesome [personal profile] emeraldteal and her b-day of doom. No, this is not the SGA/Merlin story I originally promised and kept putting on the back burner, but something cracky and fluffy instead. The other one is not dead – I SWEAR.

Not that I'm working on it at work or anything, but...

SGA/Merlin - OT4 or no?

Blatant Merlin OT4 and subtle SGA OT4 or pre-OT4 or no?

It's just so damn easy to slip into Arthur greeting Merlin after that many centuries as something more than a simple friend, and there's no way I'm leaving Gwen and Morgana out of it if I do that. *g*

Edit 2/24/2010: Now 3x longer! Of course, that's only 3K, but it totally counts! Trying to keep it in Rodney-voice is... interesting, to say the least.

So, I had a sucky morning. Got to work and was cheered up and thoroughly entertained by conversations with [livejournal.com profile] drag_on_king and [livejournal.com profile] threnodyjones via a combination of email and chucking chocolate at each other. Said conversations ranged from fandom to stupid people to ukuleles. In between this and actually doing my work, something that had been on the back burner got a bit fleshed out and this is the result.

Um, not sure if I should say it is crackish, or just my sense of humour.

Title: So the Story Goes
Genre: Crossover – Highlander/Merlin
Pairings: Arthur/Merlin, hint of Arthur/Merlin/Gwen/Morgana, hint of Methos/Nimueh
Length: ~2,100 words
Rating: PG-13
Spoilers: Series One of Merlin, and the myths only
Synopsis: Methos brings in an older newer friend, of a sort.
Disclaimer: I do not own anything from either show or from the myths and am making no profit from this.

So I had this idea, and then I thought no, and then I thought yes, and then I thought "Oh crap, it's time for NaNoWriMo and I'm still thinking about this?" So I got it out of my system. It's a crossover between Thoughtcrimes and Merlin that is hopefully not as convoluted as I made it sound when explaining it to two separate people before writing it.

Title: Meet Again for the First Time
Fandoms: Merlin/Thoughtcrimes
Pairings: Hint of Merlin/Arthur, Hint of Freya/Brendan
Length: ~1,200 words of self-indulgence
Rating: PG (really)
Synopsis: He might have been a hero, but she was convinced there was more to him than he was letting on.
Warnings: None, really. Future/Reincarnation Fic for Merlin.
Author’s Notes:
Merlin fans: Thoughtcrimes was an awesome one-shot starring the feral Slayer and John Sheppard involving an empath and the NSA.
Thoughtcrimes fans: Merlin is an awesome show on the BBC that totally plays with the original myths.

Title: I Knew You Could
Genre: Crossover, Gen, Bit of Crack
Length: ~ 3,700 words
Rating: PG
Synopsis: Stranded far from the Gate on a planet far from home, the team must find a way back. [See, I even made it sound serious...]
Author’s Notes: For the [livejournal.com profile] cliche_bingo entry “crossover: books/literary” – I chose SGA crossed with “The Little Engine That Could.” It so counts. *nods*

Title: Life on a Hellmouth
Genre: SGA, bit of Buffy
Rating: PG-13 (mild violence)
Length: ~ 3,200 words
Season/Spoilers: General post-Season 2 for SGA, post-Season 5 for BtVS
Synopsis: The team gates to a world with a slightly different Slayer and Master, but some things are definitely familiar.
Author’s Notes: For the [livejournal.com profile] cliche_bingo entry “supernatural/vampire AU” – please note the AU part as things aren’t quite canon.

Found this via [livejournal.com profile] sgagenrefinders at lunch. Excellent. Hilarious. Must read. All those things, and more.

And You May Find Yourself Living in a Shotgun Shack by [livejournal.com profile] hackthis. SGA/BSG crossover. Supposedly crack, but I'd like to call it made of awesome instead. It's from Cally's POV (no, wait, don't run away!) and how she sees how the two worlds have combined. Written in 2006, so expect no spoilers from either show past then.

Seriously, go read.

In other news, it's apprently the most gorgeous day of the year so far out there today and I'm here at work slacking working on my follow ups.

Title: Thinking of Home
Genre: SGA/Thoughtcrimes
Season/Spoilers: Set roughly Season 5 of SGA
Pairing: McShep
Length: ~ 9,000 words
Rating: R for language and violence
Synopsis: On Earth, Rodney is taken by the Trust, but he is not alone.

Title: Interagency Affairs
Genre: Crossover – Due South/Stargate SG-1
Pairing: J/D, D/B, B/R, ?
Rating: PG-13 – I kept it clean!
Length: ~1500
Synopsis: Two groups investigating the same crime discover they have something in common.
Author’s Notes: Trying to prove to [livejournal.com profile] threnodyjones that Due South/SG-1 fic is possible, though most likely crack, I came up with this... Also, just in time for [livejournal.com profile] sg_prompts' Crossover Fest!

Title: Heurískein
Genre: Gen, though McShep if you squint, Crossover
Length: ~ 4000 words
Rating: PG-13 for mild language
Spoilers: SGA through “Miller’s Crossing” and Eureka general knowledge
Synopsis: The infection is not gone nor forgotten, and is currently wreaking havoc on the Millers and the McKays. John is caught in the middle.
Author’s Notes: Holiday present-type thing for [livejournal.com profile] threnodyjones because I heard-tell that she likes crossovers of a sort and because she tends to rock like a rocking thing. SGA crossover with Eureka, with a few extra guests as well.
